Make your own essential oil aromatherapy blends

You’ll need

  • 30ml carrier oil (sweet almond oil or unscented coconut oil) per blend
  • a small bottle to store your aromatherapy blend
  • pure essential oils (try scents like chamomile, lavender, lemon, or peppermint)

Blends to try

  • Sleep tight = 30ml carrier oil + 7 drops chamomile essential oil + 5 drops lavender essential oil

  • Anti-stress = 30ml carrier oil + 6 drops sage essential oil + 4 drops lavender essential oil + 2 drops lemon essential oil

  • Focus = 30ml carrier oil + 6 drops rosemary essential oil + 4 drops lemon essential oil + 2 drops peppermint essential oil

  • Wake-up = 30ml carrier oil + 4 drops peppermint essential oil + 2 drops frankincense essential oil + 6 drops lemon essential oil
