Break from tradition and add a twist to their regular toasties.
Serves 2
Prep 5 min Cook 5 min
2 mini pitas
4 slices cheese
2 slices sandwich ham
4 slices tomato
salad to serve
1 Cut a slit into each pita and stuff each with two slices of
cheese, a slice of ham and two slices of tomato.
2 Heat a frying pan over medium heat and toast the pitas
until crisp and golden.
3 Cut in half and serve with a side salad.
