Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out 400g puff pastry,
add ½ cup (125ml) grated Cheddar cheese, fold the
pastry over, add another ½ cup (125ml) grated Cheddar
cheese and roll again. Use a star-shaped cookie cutter to
cut shapes and place on a greased baking tray. Use the
remaining pastry to cut long pastry strips. Place a cocktail
vienna on one end and roll up. Place stars and sausage
rolls on the greased baking tray and bake for 10-15
minutes or until golden. Serve with tomato sauce.
