This skinny chocolate smoothie bowl tastes as good as it looks!

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 15ml unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 dates, stones removed and chopped
  • 3ml vanilla essence
  • 250ml ice cubes

METHOD

  1. Blitz together all the ingredients until smooth.

Serving suggestion: sprinkle with berries, cocoa nibs, banana slices and a dusting of cocoa powder.

Variation: replace the almond milk with fat-free milk
