This skinny chocolate smoothie bowl tastes as good as it looks!

- 250ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1-2 frozen bananas
- 15ml unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 dates, stones removed and chopped
- 3ml vanilla essence
- 250ml ice cubes
- Blitz together all the ingredients until smooth.
Serving suggestion: sprinkle with berries, cocoa nibs, banana slices and a dusting of cocoa powder.
Variation: replace the almond milk with fat-free milk
