This fingerless glove pattern is simple, and lets you play with your devices while keeping your hands warm!
You will need
- I Love Yarn Protea 4 ply 100% wool in colour Cement – 3 x 50g balls
- 3.75mm and 3mm circular knitting needles for beanie
- 3mm DPNs for mittens stitch markers
con(off) – cast on(off), dec – decrease, folls – follows, inc – increase, k – knit, k2tog – knit two together, N(s) – needle(s), patt – pattern, p – purl, rep – repeat, st(s) – stitch(es), yf – yarn forward
32 sts and 35 rows – 10cm x 10cm over ribbing with a 3.75mm needle.
Using 3mm DPNs c/on 56 sts and divide over 3 Ns and knit with a 4th needle. Join in the round.
Work 2 x 2 ribbing (k2,p2) until the ribbing measures 2,5cm.
Next row: k in the round until the piece measures 4cm
Next row (thumb opening): *turn your work and purl the next row, turn your work and knit the next row.* Rep from * to * until the thumb opening measures 7cm.
Next row: k in the round until the mitten measures 14cm.
Next row: work 2 x 2 ribbing (k2,p2) until the ribbing measures 2,5cm. C/off in ribbing sequence. Weave in
