Make this personalised flowerpot messages with the kids.
- white cardboard
- brown cardboard
- pastel coloured paper
- green paper
- craft glue
- black fine liner khoki
Fold the white cardboard in half to form a card. Cut out the shape of a pot in the brown cardboard and stick it to the card. On a small piece of white paper, write ‘I love you because…’ and stick onto the flowerpot. Cut thin strips of green paper to make the stems and leaves, and glue in place. Fold the pastel coloured paper in half and draw flower shapes. When cutting out, leave the top sections attached at the fold to form a flap. Cut out smaller flowers and circles in contrasting colours and glue the smaller flower onto the front of the flower and add a small coloured circle to finish. Inside each flower write a special message.
