This gingerbread biscuit bark will make your whole kitchen smell like Christmas!

Serves 10| Takes 10 mins + refrigeration

You’ll need

  • 350g milk chocolate, broken into chunks
  • 3ml ground cinnamon
  • 150g white chocolate chips, broken into chunks
  • 180ml ginger biscuits, roughly crushed
  • zest of 1 orange

To make

  1. Combine the milk chocolate and cinnamon in a bowl, and place the white chocolate in a separate bowl. Heat in the microwave for about 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
  2. Spread the milk chocolate into a 23cm x 30cm rectangle on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spoon dollops of the white chocolate on top and swirl through.
