You will need
- 125ml rock salt
- zest of two lemons
- 20 thyme leaves
- 5ml garlic powder
- 8ml of onion powder
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse to your desired texture.
- Tweak the flavours according to your taste.
- Transfer to an air-tight container. Store at room temperature.
