Make this beautiful monster leaf bowl for your home.
Roll out air-dry clay to about 1cm thickness. Cut a leaf from the garden and trim off the stem. Wipe with a cloth to remove
any dirt or dust. Lay the leaf back side down onto the clay and press down carefully. Roll the leaf over a few times with a roller to ensure each section is pressed firmly into the clay. Use a craft knife to trim around the edge of the leaf and in the
leaf holes, then remove excess clay. Gently and slowly, lift and remove the leaf. Lay the clay leaf in a large bowl to give it a
shape. Allow it to dry completely. Paint a thick layer of craft paint over the surface of the leaf, then wipe away to expose
areas of the original clay colour. Allow to dry, then varnish.
