Pattern-paper stockings are easy to make and are great to hang up on walls.
You will need
- old pattern paper
- red cotton
- sewing machine
What to do
- Print out the template to the desired size. DOWNLOAD PDF
- Fold pattern paper double and cut out as many stockings as you like.
- Using your machine, sew a heart onto the front piece.
- Place the front and back together, heart facing out, and sew in a zigzag stitch, all along the edges (apart from the opening). When you come to the back edge, slip a loop of twine to catch your stitching just before ending off, as a hanging loop.
