Mix and stir these everyday home ingredients to make this beautiful scented soothing bath soak.
- 1 cup of oats
- 2 tablespoons of culinary rosemary
- 1 cup of Epsom salts
- 4 drops lavender oil
- Pulse the oats in a food processor until fine and flour-like in texture.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, stirring well to combine.
- Spoon into a jar and seal. Keep in a cool, dry place for use. (Add a spoonful of the bath soak to warm bath water a few minutes before bathing.)
