Soothing bath soak

Mix and stir these everyday home ingredients to make this beautiful scented soothing bath soak.

You’ll need

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 tablespoons of culinary rosemary
  • 1 cup of Epsom salts
  • 4 drops lavender oil

To make

  1. Pulse the oats in a food processor until fine and flour-like in texture.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, stirring well to combine.
  3. Spoon into a jar and seal. Keep in a cool, dry place for use. (Add a spoonful of the bath soak to warm bath water a few minutes before bathing.)
