Heidi Meyer, CEO and owner of Cloud 9 Organised, and Professional Organisers Association Africa (POAA) member explains how the service works.

Getting started

Once you’ve decided to make a change to your current cluttered state, the organiser will come to your home or office and carry out a needs analysis of the area that needs de-cluttering or organising.

What will be organised?

Heidi works hands-on with clients, transforming chaos into order and piles of paper into filing systems. She assists businesses and individuals in clearing clutter and implementing simple lifestyle and paper management systems with a focus on reducing stress, creating time, and saving money.

‘I organise memorabilia, photos, and collections, and also arrange and supervise relocations on a local and international level,’ she says. ‘I containerise when necessary and provide the containers that might be needed.’

Heidi donates all unwanted items to Hospice, Child Welfare or other charities of the client’s choice where possible. She and her team also remove recycling paper, plastic, cans, glass, and electronics where necessary.
