  • Plasters in assorted sizes
  • Hot and cold gel packs (available at leading pharmacies)
  • Antibacterial cream
  • Gauze and tape
  • Painkillers
  • Torch
  • Disposable gloves
  • Roller bandage
  • Scissors
  • Tweezers
  • Thermometer
  • Sunscreen
  • 500ml water (ideal for taking pills or washing wounds)
  • Antihistamine cream
