Apricot Jam Sticky Chicken Wings

  • 60ml apricot jam
  • 15ml tomato paste
  • 15ml soya sauce
  • 80ml olive or avocado oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 8-10 chicken wings
  • lime wedges, to serve


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a roasting tray with baking paper. Mix the jam, tomato paste, soya sauce, oil and garlic together. Season.
  2. Season the chicken wings and brush with the basting sauce. Place on the prepared tray and bake for about 20-25 minutes until cooked.
  3. Heat the grill and place briefly under the grill for 5-10 min until golden. Serve with lime wedges.
