Sticky chicken wings in less than an hour!

- 60ml apricot jam
- 15ml tomato paste
- 15ml soya sauce
- 80ml olive or avocado oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 8-10 chicken wings
- lime wedges, to serve
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a roasting tray with baking paper. Mix the jam, tomato paste, soya sauce, oil and garlic together. Season.
- Season the chicken wings and brush with the basting sauce. Place on the prepared tray and bake for about 20-25 minutes until cooked.
- Heat the grill and place briefly under the grill for 5-10 min until golden. Serve with lime wedges.
