Make your own Basil and Walnut Dip for quick snacks and finger foods!

- Makes 250ml
- handful of basil
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 60ml olive oil
- 15ml lemon juice
- 250ml Greek yoghurt
- 30ml walnuts, chopped and toasted
- salt, to season
- In a food processor, combine a big handful of basil, 3 sliced spring onions, 1 crushed garlic clove, 60ml olive oil and 15ml lemon juice.
- Process until it forms a smooth paste. Stir the paste into 250ml Greek yoghurt with 30ml chopped and toasted walnuts. Season.
