INGREDIENTS

  • 250g boerewors
  • 1 red onion, chopped
  • 250g cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 1 small red chilli, chopped
  • handful coriander, chopped
  • 100g nachos

METHOD

  1. Braai the boerewors over hot coals for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
  2. Combine the onion, tomatoes, avocados, lime zest and juice, chilli and coriander. Season.
  3. Serve the boerewors on a platter topped with salsa and nachos.
