Ditch the boring traditional pancake and make these Chocolate-caramel Parcels that will have the whole family licking their lips.

FOR THE BUTTERSCOTCH SAUCE
- 250ml cream
- 125g butter
- 250ml brown sugar
FOR THE CHOCOLATE PANCAKES
- 1 basic pancake recipe
- 30ml cocoa powder
- For the butterscotch sauce, heat the cream, butter and sugar on low, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Increase heat to medium and bring to boil for about 8-10 minutes until thickened. Cool to room temperature.
- For the chocolate pancakes, follow the method for making basic pancakes and sift the cocoa powder in with the dry ingredients.
- To serve, sandwich 2 pancakes together with the chocolate spread and fold into squares. Drizzle with the butterscotch sauce, nuts and sea-salt flakes.
