This creamy corn is a delicious braai side.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 corn cobs, kernels cut off
  • 250ml cream
  • 250ml milk
  • 80g butter, cubed
  • 4 spring onions, chopped

METHOD

  1. Bring the corn, cream and milk to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, with the lid on, for about 15 minutes
    or until the liquid is reduced by half.
  2. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and spring onions. Season.

Optional

Add 200g crispy diced bacon.
