This creamy corn is a delicious braai side.
- 25 mins
- 10 corn cobs, kernels cut off
- 250ml cream
- 250ml milk
- 80g butter, cubed
- 4 spring onions, chopped
- Bring the corn, cream and milk to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, with the lid on, for about 15 minutes
or until the liquid is reduced by half.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the butter and spring onions. Season.
Add 200g crispy diced bacon.
