Save your money and make these homemade Crisps in the comfort of your home.

INGREDIENTS

  • potatoes, with skin on
  • oil, to drizzle
  • salted boiling water
  • salt

METHOD

  1. Thinly slice (a mandoline slicer works best) potatoes (skin on). Deep-fry on medium heat for about 5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  2. Drain on kitchen towel and sprinkle with salt.
