If you love the artisanal gins on the market, you’ll enjoy this festive option on a gin and tonic.

- 500ml gin, to taste
- 1L chilled tonic water
- 750ml chilled red grape juice
- 500ml red berries (like strawberries, cranberries and pomegranate rubies)
- handful thyme
- ice, to serve
- Combine all the ingredients, except ice, in a large jug. Fill glasses with ice and add the G&T mixture.
