These quick-mix fudgy mug cakes are made with only 3 ingredients and on the table in 20 minutes.
- 20 mins
- 250ml self-raising flour
- 350g tub chocolate spread
- 180ml milk
- Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat together all the ingredients and a pinch of salt until just smooth. Divide between 4 cups.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until the outsides are puffed up, but centre still gooey. Cool for 5 minutes
(the centres will fall in) before serving.
Optional: Serve with ice cream.
