These quick-mix fudgy mug cakes are made with only 3 ingredients and on the table in 20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250ml self-raising flour
  • 350g tub chocolate spread
  • 180ml milk

METHOD

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat together all the ingredients and a pinch of salt until just smooth. Divide between 4 cups.
  2. Bake for about 10 minutes until the outsides are puffed up, but centre still gooey. Cool for 5 minutes
    (the centres will fall in) before serving.

Optional: Serve with ice cream.
