INGREDIENTS

  • 125ml baby spinach
  • 125ml cucumber slices
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • pinch ground ginger
  • few mint leaves
  • 1 green apple
  • squeeze lemon juice

METHOD

  1. Blitz or juice all the ingredients until liquid.
