These grilled onion rings are much healthier than their deep-fried cousins, and easy to cook as the skewers keep them together.

- 2 large onions, peeled
- 30ml butter, melted
- 5ml paprika
- Slice the onions into thick rings and push skewers through them horizontally. Rub some butter on both sides and set aside until ready to cook.
- Cook on medium coals for 10 minutes, turning regularly. Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
