Cool down with these home-made lemonade floats. They can even be served as dessert on hot summer days.
- 15 mins + cooling
- 125ml sugar
- 125ml water
- 125ml lemon juice
- 1L cold lemonade
- 1L lemon sorbet
- lemon slices, to garnish
- Heat the sugar and water on medium for about 3 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and stir through lemon juice. Cool.
- Mix lemonade through the lemon syrup and divide between 6 glasses until ¾ full. Top with a scoop of lemon sorbet. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
For a fizz-free lemonade replace the lemonade with water to taste and replace the sorbet with ice cubes.
