- 15 mins + refrigeration
- 250ml sugar
- 160ml water
- peel and juice of 6 lemons
- 375ml vodka
- Heat sugar and water on medium, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove
from heat and stir in the lemons. Cool.
- Mix in vodka and cool in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or preferably overnight.
