Make your own Lemon Flavoured Olive Oil, great as a marinade and salad dressing.

- 2-3 lemons, sliced or quartered
- 6 fresh lemon leaves
- 2 fresh green chillies, whole
- 3 cups (750ml) olive oil
- Pack the lemons into a sterilised 1 litre jar, push in the leaves and add the chillies. Pour olive oil to the top. Seal.
- Leave for a few hours for the flavours to develop.
Flavoured olive oils are great for marinades and as salad dressings.
