These crispy Parmesan puffs are basically the perfect low-carb cheese 'crisp' snack you've been looking for!
- 15 mins
- 4 egg whites
- 45g Parmesan, finely grated
- olive oil, for shallow frying
FOR THE TOPPING
- 125g cream cheese, softened
- small handful each of parsley, chives, dill, chopped
- 100g smoked salmon ribbons
These puffs are delicious on their own, but also make a lovely base for toppings like cream cheese and salmon.
