Impress your guests with these scrumptious low carb goat's cheese and bacon bites.

- 200g goat’s cheese rolls
- 100g streaky bacon
- 50g blueberries
- Cut the goat’s cheese into 8 slices and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Wrap the goat’s cheese slices with slices of streaky bacon. Place on a baking tray and roast for about 15 minutes or until crispy.
- Place the blueberries on a baking tray and roast for 5-7 minutes or until soft and juicy.
- Serve the goat’s cheese rolls topped with roasted blueberries.
