Impress your guests with these scrumptious low carb goat's cheese and bacon bites.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200g goat’s cheese rolls
  • 100g streaky bacon
  • 50g blueberries

METHOD

  1. Cut the goat’s cheese into 8 slices and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 200°C. Wrap the goat’s cheese slices with slices of streaky bacon. Place on a baking tray and roast for about 15 minutes or until crispy.
  3. Place the blueberries on a baking tray and roast for 5-7 minutes or until soft and juicy.
  4. Serve the goat’s cheese rolls topped with roasted blueberries.
