Spoil your loved ones with this easy microwave choc biscuit fudge.
- 15 mins + cooling
- Makes 15
- 500g icing sugar
- 125ml cocoa powder
- 125g butter, cubed
- 60ml milk
- 375ml Marie biscuits, roughly crushed
- 8ml vanilla essence
- Line a 24cm dish with baking paper. Sift together the sugar and cocoa in a large, microwave-safe bowl. Pour milk
over (don’t mix!). Place butter on top. Microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until the butter has almost completely melted.
- Working quickly, stir until combined. Stir in biscuits and vanilla. Immediately pour warm fudge into prepared dish and spread until even. Cool in the fridge for at least hour, or until set. Cut into hearts with a 6cm cookie-cutter or into squares with a knife. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
