You could be indulging in these choc pudding cups in just 10 minutes!
- 10 mins
- Makes 1 cup
- 60ml cake flour
- 60ml sugar
- pinch of salt
- 30ml cocoa
- 1 egg
- 45ml milk
- 45ml oil
- 3ml vanilla essence
- 4 squares chocolate (of your choice)
- Spoon the dry ingredients into a mug and mix well. Mix in the egg, then add the milk, oil and vanilla.
- Push the chocolate squares into the centre of the batter. Microwave for about 1 minute, 15 seconds until cooked, with a gooey centre.
Note: This recipe can easily be multiplied, but prepare each mug separately (instead of mixing one big batch and then dividing it between the mugs).
This pudding continues to cook once out of the microwave, so don’t overcook!
