Try this moreish Mushroom and Garlic Pasta dish for your guests and family.

- 400g fettuccine pasta
- 160g butter
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 250g sliced button mushrooms
- 250g sliced wild mushrooms
- 250ml Nestlé IDEAL Mushroom & Garlic Flavour Cook-in Milk
- 30ml chopped parsley
- Parmesan cheese
- Cook 400g fettuccine pasta according to packet instructions. Drain.
- Melt 160g chopped butter in a saucepan over medium heat and sauté 6 crushed garlic cloves for 1 minute. Turn the heat to high and add 250g sliced button mushrooms and 250g sliced wild mushrooms (of your choice) and fry until golden.
- Stir in 1 Nestlé IDEAL Mushroom & Garlic Flavour Cook-in Milk and 30ml chopped parsley. Stir for 3-5 minutes until thick. Season.
- Pour the sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
