Build a next level avo on toast treat with our yummy suggestions.

- Makes 4-8
- 4 slices bread
- 45ml butter and/or spreads
- 4 slices something meaty (optional)
- 2 avocados
- toppings, to sprinkle
- Toast the bread and spread with butter and/or spreads. Top with meat, if you like.
- Mash, slice, shave (with a peeler), roll into balls (with a melon baller), cut into shapes (with cookie cutters)
or make an avo rose or heart (half thinly sliced and middle pressed down) and place on top of your
toasts. Season. Sprinkle over toppings.
Bread: Ciabatta, sourdough, wholewheat or bagels.
Spreads: Mayo, cream cheese, pesto, tapenade or hummus.
Meat/fish: Smoked salmon, thinly sliced biltong, roast beef or ham.
Toppings: Baby herbs, crushed chilli flakes, red onion, goat’s cheese or feta.
