It'll take only three ingredients to make these creamy and refreshing Strawberry Yoghurt Popsicles!
- 15 mins + freezing
- 250g strawberries (fresh or frozen), chopped
- 397g tin condensed milk
- 500g plain yoghurt
- Blitz ¾ of the strawberries into a purée. Mix in the condensed milk and yoghurt. Fold in the rest of the chopped strawberries.
- Spoon into 10 ice-lolly moulds and insert an ice-cream stick into each. Freeze until solid. Remove from the freezer about 10-15 minutes before serving and pull hard to unmould.
