INGREDIENTS

  • 1 orange, peeled
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • 125ml pineapple, chopped
  • 2 kiwis, peeled
  • 250ml ice cubes
  • 250ml plain yoghurt
  • honey, to taste
  • granadilla pulp, to serve

METHOD

  1. Blitz together all the ingredients (except for the granadilla pulp).
  2. Spoon the granadilla pulp over to serve.

Tip

Oranges, lemons and kiwi fruit are high in Vitamin C, which helps the body maintain healthy tissue and a strong immune system. Pineapple contains enzymes that help lower inflammation. And if you keep inflammation in check, your immune system can do its job!
