Serve this Tzatziki with salads and as a side dish and as an affordable lunch time spread.

- 1 cucumber, halved through the length
- 180ml plain yoghurt
- handful mint, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 5ml ground cumin
- Scrape the seeds out of the cucumber and chop finely.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients through and season.
