You’ll love this no churn unicorn ice cream made with only 3 ingredients.
- 25 mins + freezing
- Makes 2L
- 4 cups bananas, sliced
- 385g tin condensed milk
- 200ml each pink, yellow and blue flavoured milk
- Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
- Divide the bananas and condensed milk between 3 bowls. Add one of the milks to one bowl and blitz for about 3 minutes or until smooth. Repeat with the rest.
- Pour dollops into a 2L container and swirl through with a spoon. Freeze for about 2 hours or until it has the
consistency of soft serve.
Sprinkle with 20ml sprinkles of your choice before freezing.
