You’ll love this no churn unicorn ice cream made with only 3 ingredients.

  • 25 mins + freezing
  • Makes 2L
  • Easy

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups bananas, sliced
  • 385g tin condensed milk
  • 200ml each pink, yellow and blue flavoured milk

METHOD

  1. Freeze the banana slices for at least 2 hours or until frozen.
  2. Divide the bananas and condensed milk between 3 bowls. Add one of the milks to one bowl and blitz for about 3 minutes or until smooth. Repeat with the rest.
  3. Pour dollops into a 2L container and swirl through with a spoon. Freeze for about 2 hours or until it has the
    consistency of soft serve.

Optional

Sprinkle with 20ml sprinkles of your choice before freezing.
