The whole family will love these watermelon cupid floats.

- 6 cups watermelon, skin removed and chopped
- 2L vanilla ice cream
- 750ml chilled alcohol-free bubbly
- Blitz the watermelon until smooth. Strain. Divide between 6 glasses. Add a scoop of ice cream to each and pour over the bubbly. Top with another scoop of ice cream. Serve immediately.
Lemonade, white Grapetiser or Appletiser can be used instead of bubbly. For an adult version, use bubbly with alcohol.
Decorate glasses with heart-shaped watermelon slices and mint sprigs.
