Chocolate mousse: pipe or spoon store-bought chocolate mousse into spoons. Top with crushed brownies and drizzle with sweet wine. Decorate with whipped cream and raspberries.
Crème brûleé: spoon thick ready made custard into spoons until ¾ full. Sprinkle with sugar and use a blow torch to caramelise the top.
Lemon tarts: sprinkle finely crushed tennis biscuits into spoons. Combine half a tin of condensed milk and the juice of one medium lemon. Fold in 180ml whipped cream and fill the spoons. Sprinkle with a pop of lemon zest.
